Editorial

Editorial standards

How we research, source, fact-check and update everything we publish.

Research-first sourcing

We prioritise peer-reviewed studies, systematic reviews and consensus statements from established research bodies. Where evidence is preliminary, we say so explicitly.

Plain-language translation

Articles are written for non-specialists. We define terminology on first use and avoid jargon, marketing language and clinical alarmism.

Independence

We have no commercial ties to clinics, supplement brands, treatment providers or testing services. We do not accept paid placements.

Fact-checking

Every published article is reviewed against its sources before publication. Material updates are dated and noted.

Corrections

When we make errors, we correct them transparently and explain what changed. Please contact us if you spot a mistake.

Educational only

Our content is educational and never a substitute for professional medical advice. For personal guidance, consult a qualified clinician.
